English — KongType EULA and Terms of Use
1. Applicable licence
KongType is licensed under the Apple Standard End User License Agreement. That agreement governs the app licence, including its scope, restrictions, termination and legal provisions. This page provides additional information about KongType and its optional Pro subscriptions; it does not replace the Standard EULA or reduce rights provided by applicable consumer law.
2. App use and your content
KongType provides Cantonese input, mixed Chinese-English typing and keyboard customization. Review suggestions before sending or relying on them: conversion and learned suggestions may contain errors or informal language. You remain responsible for the text you enter and for having the necessary rights to any photo you choose as a keyboard background. Selecting a photo does not transfer its ownership to the developer.
3. KongType Pro subscriptions
Optional weekly, monthly and annual Pro subscriptions provide access to paid keyboard features such as photo backgrounds, themes, mechanical switch sounds and adjustable haptics while your subscription entitlement is active. All subscription periods unlock the same Pro membership. A Lifetime option, when available in the app, is a one-time non-consumable purchase granting Pro access without automatic renewal. Available products and prices are shown before purchase. Available features, subscription period and price are displayed in the app and Apple’s purchase confirmation before you subscribe. Some features require enabling Allow Full Access for the keyboard.
Payment is handled by Apple and charged to your Apple Account according to the purchase confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal. Apple displays the renewal terms and price. If a trial or introductory offer is available, its eligibility, duration and subsequent price are shown before purchase; the subscription continues at the displayed standard rate unless cancelled. No trial or specific price is promised by this page.
4. Manage, cancel and restore
Manage or cancel in Settings > your name > Subscriptions. Follow Apple’s cancellation instructions and the deadline shown for your subscription; cancel a free or discounted trial at least 24 hours before it ends if you do not want it to renew. Cancelling generally stops future renewals while access continues for the remaining paid period, subject to Apple’s terms. Deleting KongType or disabling its keyboard does not cancel a subscription.
Use Restore Purchases in KongType with the Apple Account used for the purchase to restore eligible access. Refund requests are handled by Apple under its policies and applicable law: request a refund through Apple. The developer cannot manage your Apple Account billing or guarantee a refund.
5. Privacy and third-party components
Input conversion runs on your device. Read the KongType App Privacy Policy for local storage, Full Access, photos, purchases and support information. Open-source components remain subject to their respective licences; dictionary attribution and licensing information are available in the app’s dictionary sources and licences section.
6. Changes and support
App compatibility and features may change with updates. Any subscription changes are subject to Apple’s notices, purchase terms and applicable law. We will update this page and its effective date when relevant information changes. Nothing on this page excludes mandatory consumer rights.

3. KongType Pro 訂閱
可選週費、月費或年費 Pro 訂閱，於有效訂閱資格期間使用背景相片、主題、機械按鍵音效及震動調整等付費功能。各訂閱週期均解鎖相同 Pro 會員資格。如 App 提供 Lifetime 永久版，該方案屬一次購買的非消耗型項目，不會自動續訂；可用項目及價格會在購買前顯示。功能、訂閱期及價格以訂閱前 App 畫面及 Apple 購買確認為準；部分鍵盤功能需要開啟「允許完全取用」。
付款由 Apple 處理，按購買確認向你的 Apple 帳戶收費。除非在續訂前取消，訂閱會自動續訂；續訂條件及價格由 Apple 顯示。如有試用或優惠，其資格、期間及後續價格會在購買前顯示，優惠完結後會按所示標準價格繼續訂閱，除非你已取消。本頁不保證提供試用或特定價格。
4. 管理、取消及恢復購買
可在「設定 > 你的姓名 > 訂閱項目」管理或取消，並按 Apple 指示及所示截止時間操作。如不希望免費或優惠試用續訂，請至少在試用結束前 24 小時取消。取消一般停止之後的續訂，已付款期間的使用資格通常保留至期滿，並受 Apple 條款規管。刪除 App 或停用鍵盤不會取消訂閱。
使用原購買的 Apple 帳戶，在 KongType 按「恢復購買」可恢復合資格的使用權。退款由 Apple 按其政策及適用法例處理，可經 Apple 申請退款；開發者不能管理 Apple 帳戶收費，亦不能保證退款。
5. 私隱及第三方元件
輸入轉換在裝置上完成。本機儲存、完全取用、相片、購買及支援資料處理詳見KongType App 私隱政策。開源元件仍受各自授權規管；字典來源及授權可在 App 的相關頁面查看。
6. 更新及支援
更新可能影響相容性及功能，訂閱變更須遵守 Apple 通知、購買條款及適用法例。相關資訊改變時，我們會更新本頁及生效日期。本頁不排除法定消費者權利。
