Effective Date: 2 September 2026
This End User License Agreement (โAgreementโ) is between you and Techpath Studio (โDinkoโ, โweโ, โusโ, or โourโ) and governs your use of the Dinko mobile application (โAppโ).
By downloading, installing or using Dinko, you agree to this Agreement.
1. License
Subject to this Agreement, Techpath Studio grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable license to download and use Dinko on Apple devices that you own or control.
Your use of the App must comply with Appleโs App Store Usage Rules and all applicable laws.
2. Permitted use
Dinko is intended for personal organization, including tracking subscriptions, bills, credit cards, payment reminders, prepaid services, gift cards, memberships, documents and expiry dates.
You may use Dinko only for lawful personal or internal business purposes.
3. Restrictions
You must not:
- Copy, reproduce, sell, rent, lease or sublicense the App
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or attempt to discover the Appโs source code
- Modify the App or create derivative works based on it
- Remove copyright, trademark or proprietary notices
- Use the App to violate any law or another personโs rights
- Use the App to store information unlawfully or without authorization
These restrictions do not apply where prohibited by applicable law.
4. Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for:
- The accuracy of information entered into Dinko
- Checking payment dates, statements, balances, interest, fees and expiry dates
- Protecting your device, passcode, Face ID or Touch ID access
- Protecting exported backups and screenshots
- Confirming all financial information directly with your bank, card issuer, merchant or service provider
Dinko is an organization and reminder tool only.
Dinko is not a bank, payment processor, accountant, financial adviser, legal adviser, credit provider or insurance provider.
Dinko does not make payments, transfer money, connect to bank accounts or guarantee that you will not miss a payment, fee, renewal or expiry date.
5. Credit card and sensitive information
You choose whether to store sensitive payment card details in Dinko.
While Dinko uses available iOS security features for supported secure card information, no security system can guarantee absolute protection.
Do not store sensitive data on a shared, compromised, jailbroken or untrusted device.
Techpath Studio is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by loss of your device, weak device security, sharing of your passcode, a compromised operating system or your own actions.
6. Third-party services
Dinko may interact with Apple services, including Apple Calendar, Keychain, Face ID, Touch ID, Photo Library and Notifications.
Your use of those services is subject to Appleโs terms and privacy policy.
Dinko may show names, logos or preset information associated with third-party merchants, brands, banks and service providers. These names and logos belong to their respective owners. Their use in Dinko does not imply partnership, sponsorship, approval or endorsement.
Techpath Studio is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, pricing, policies or services of third-party merchants, banks, financial institutions or platforms.
7. Intellectual property
Dinko, its software, interface, branding, designs, text, graphics and documentation are owned by or licensed to Techpath Studio and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
This Agreement does not transfer ownership of the App or any intellectual-property rights to you.
8. Updates and changes
Techpath Studio may update, modify, suspend or discontinue any part of Dinko at any time, including features, preset data, integrations and available plans.
We do not guarantee that every feature will remain available indefinitely or that the App will work on every device or iOS version.
9. Termination
This Agreement remains effective until terminated.
Your rights under this Agreement terminate automatically if you violate any provision of it.
You may terminate this Agreement at any time by deleting Dinko and its data from your device.
Sections concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limitations and governing law will survive termination.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dinko is provided on an โas isโ and โas availableโ basis.
Techpath Studio makes no warranties, whether express, implied or statutory, including warranties of:
- Accuracy
- Reliability
- Availability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Merchantability
- Non-infringement
- Error-free or uninterrupted operation
You use Dinko at your own risk.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Techpath Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages.
This includes loss of:
- Data
- Payments
- Credit standing
- Profits
- Business opportunities
- Goodwill
- Membership benefits
- Gift card value
- Financial opportunities
Techpath Studio is not liable for missed payments, interest, overdue fees, finance charges, card fees, renewal charges, service cancellation, expired documents or decisions made using information shown in Dinko.
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, Techpath Studioโs total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for Dinko during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or the minimum amount required by law.
12. Governing law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
Nothing in this Agreement limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under the laws of your country or region.
13. Apple terms
If you download Dinko through Appleโs App Store:
- Apple is not a party to this Agreement.
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for Dinko.
- Apple is not responsible for claims relating to Dinko, including warranty, product-liability or intellectual-property claims, except where required by law.
- Apple and Appleโs subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement and may enforce it against you where applicable.
