Techpath Studio (“Dinko”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how the Dinko mobile application (“App”) handles information when you use it.

Dinko is a personal organization app for managing subscriptions, bills, credit cards, instalments, prepaid services, gift cards, memberships, documents, expiry dates, reminders and related personal records.

By using Dinko, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Local-first data storage

Dinko is designed to store your information primarily on your device.

Information you create in Dinko, including subscriptions, bills, membership details, documents, prepaid balances, gift cards, notes, payment history and personal settings, is stored locally on your device unless you actively export, share or back up that information yourself.

Techpath Studio does not operate a server that receives, stores, sells or analyzes your Dinko records.

2. Information you may choose to enter

Depending on the features you use, you may choose to enter:

  • Subscription, service, bill and payment information
  • Payment dates, billing cycles and reminder settings
  • Credit card nicknames, issuer names and card ending digits
  • Full payment card numbers, expiry dates and CVC codes
  • Instalment amounts, interest rates and repayment schedules
  • Membership names, membership numbers and account email addresses
  • Passport, identity document, licence, insurance and expiry information
  • Gift card, voucher and prepaid-service details
  • Notes, storage locations and uploaded images
  • Preferred currency, language, region and display settings

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you enter is accurate and that you have the right to store it in Dinko.

3. Credit card security information

Dinko may allow you to voluntarily save sensitive payment card information, including full card number, expiry date and CVC.

Where supported by your device, this information is stored using Apple’s secure device storage, including Keychain protections, and may require Face ID, Touch ID or your device passcode to access.

Dinko does not:

  • Process payments on your behalf
  • Connect directly to your bank account
  • Initiate transfers or card charges
  • Send your full card number, expiry date or CVC to Techpath Studio servers
  • Sell or share card information for advertising purposes

You should not store sensitive financial information on a shared, jailbroken, compromised or otherwise untrusted device.

4. Photos and uploaded images

Dinko may request access to your photo library when you choose to upload an image, such as:

  • A custom service or membership icon
  • A virtual membership card
  • A voucher or gift card image
  • A document-related image

Dinko accesses only the image you select. Selected images are stored locally in the App unless you choose to export or share them as part of a backup or other user-initiated action.

5. Calendar access

If you choose to enable Calendar synchronization, Dinko requests permission to access your Apple Calendar.

Dinko uses this permission only to create, update or remove Dinko-related events, such as subscription payment dates, service renewals and other scheduled items, in the calendar you select.

You can revoke Calendar permission at any time through iOS Settings. You can also remove Dinko-created calendar events from the App or directly in Apple Calendar.

6. Notifications

If you allow notifications, Dinko may create local notifications on your device for:

  • Upcoming subscription payments
  • Unpaid bills
  • Credit card payment due dates
  • Expiring memberships, vouchers and documents
  • Annual fee or late-payment follow-up reminders

Notification content is generated locally on your device. Dinko does not use push-notification servers to receive your personal financial records.

You can disable notifications at any time through iOS Settings.

7. Backups and exports

Dinko may allow you to export a backup of your records.

Exported files may include personal, financial and membership-related information. You are responsible for protecting exported files, selecting a secure storage location and deleting them when no longer needed.

Techpath Studio cannot access, restore or recover a backup that you lose or delete.

8. Data sharing

Dinko does not sell personal information.

Dinko does not share your locally stored information with advertisers, data brokers or unrelated third parties for marketing purposes.

Dinko relies on Apple system services for functions such as Keychain, Face ID, Touch ID, photo selection, Apple Calendar and notifications. Your use of these Apple services is subject to Apple’s applicable terms and privacy policy.

If a future version of Dinko adds cloud synchronization, analytics, crash reporting, advertising, artificial intelligence processing or another third-party service that handles personal data, we will update this Privacy Policy and the App Store privacy disclosures before that information is collected or processed.

9. Data retention and deletion

Your information remains on your device until you:

  • Edit or delete individual records
  • Remove Dinko-created Calendar events
  • Clear App data
  • Delete exported backups
  • Uninstall the App

Deleting the App may remove locally stored data that has not been exported or backed up. Please export a backup before deleting the App if you wish to retain your records.

10. Children’s privacy

Dinko is not directed to children under the age of 13, or the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through a Techpath Studio server.

11. Your privacy choices

You can manage your privacy choices by:

  • Removing records directly in Dinko
  • Removing saved credit card security information
  • Deleting Dinko-created Calendar events
  • Revoking Calendar, Photo Library or Notification permissions in iOS Settings
  • Deleting the App and its local data
  • Deleting exported backup files

12. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when Dinko changes or when legal requirements change.

If we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this policy. Your continued use of Dinko after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy.
