Effective date: 21 August 2026

This App Policy includes the App’s usage, subscription, and privacy terms. It supplements the End User License Agreement. If there is a conflict, mandatory law applies first, followed by the End User License Agreement, this App Policy, and then other in-App guidance.
1. Free and Pro Access
- The offline demonstration shop is free and does not communicate with OnePOS.
- Adding or connecting a real OnePOS shop requires an active OnePOS Manager Pro subscription.
- Pro is available as an auto-renewable monthly or yearly subscription.
- Both plans provide the same Pro service level; only the billing period and price differ.
- Prices and any trial or promotional terms are shown by Apple before confirmation.
2. Renewal, Cancellation, and Refunds
- Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled through Apple.
- Cancelling stops future renewal and normally leaves Pro active until the end of the paid period.
- Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
- Use Restore Purchases when reinstalling the App or moving to another Apple device using the same Apple Account.
- Apple controls billing, taxes, refunds, and payment disputes. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple at https://reportaproblem.apple.com/.
- A refunded, revoked, expired, or unpaid subscription may lose Pro access.
3. Acceptable Use
You must:
- use only OnePOS accounts and shops you are authorized to manage;
- keep credentials and devices secure;
- verify products, quantities, prices, dates, shops, shelves, and management orders before submission;
- respect customer privacy and applicable data-protection law; and
- comply with OnePOS terms and applicable law.
You must not:
- access another merchant’s data without permission;
- probe, overload, disrupt, automate abusive traffic to, or bypass security on OnePOS or the App;
- submit fraudulent, unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful data;
- resell, sublicense, copy, or reverse engineer the App except where law expressly permits; or
- use the App in a way that harms customers, OnePOS, Apple, RevenueCat, the Provider, or other users.
4. Management Orders and Business Records
The App assists with preparing and submitting information but does not replace your own review. You are responsible for every management order submitted using your credentials. A displayed success message does not replace verification in OnePOS. You should retain any records required for accounting, tax, consumer, inventory, employment, or legal purposes.
Sales totals, inventory counts, customer names, prices, and dates may be incomplete, delayed, cached, reformatted, or affected by OnePOS responses. Verify important information against the official OnePOS system.
5. Account and Credential Security
Do not share OnePOS passwords through support messages. Use a device passcode and current iOS version. Remove a saved shop when the device should no longer access it. Notify the OnePOS operator promptly if you suspect credential or account compromise.
6. Barcode Use
Barcode recognition is provided as a convenience and may fail with damaged, short, faint, non-standard, or partially visible codes. Always confirm the recognized product identifier before saving or submitting a management order.
7. Third-Party Services
The App depends on Apple, RevenueCat, and OnePOS. Changes, outages, access restrictions, or errors in those services may affect the App. The Provider does not control OnePOS and does not guarantee permanent compatibility with every OnePOS website version or merchant configuration.
8. Enforcement
We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, security risks, unlawful conduct, material violations of these policies, or legal requirements. Such action does not independently cancel an Apple subscription; subscription management remains subject to Apple’s systems and applicable law.
9. Privacy Policy
Information processed
- Shop settings and credentials: the App stores a shop alias, OnePOS URL, login email, shop identifier and name, selected shelves, and related settings locally on the device. OnePOS passwords are stored in the iOS Keychain, not ordinary App files.
- OnePOS operational data: when you connect, the App may process sales dates and times, customer labels, product names and identifiers, notes, quantities, prices, totals, inventory, shelf information, and management-order details. Sales and inventory snapshots may be cached locally; management-order drafts are saved locally until submitted, removed, or the App is deleted.
- Barcode scanning: if you grant camera permission, live camera frames and barcode recognition are processed on-device using Apple frameworks. The App does not save photographs or upload camera frames.
- Purchases and subscriptions: Apple handles payments. RevenueCat may process an anonymous App User ID, product identifiers, purchase and renewal events, entitlement status, Apple transaction information, device type, operating system, locale, currency, and related technical information. The App does not send your OnePOS email or customer names to RevenueCat.
- Support communications: we process information you choose to send us, such as your email address, message, screenshots, and diagnostics. Do not send OnePOS passwords, full customer lists, or unnecessary personal information.
Purposes, sharing, and retention
We process this information to provide requested App functions, connect to authorized OnePOS shops, save settings and drafts, determine Pro entitlement status, secure and maintain the App, prevent misuse, and respond to support or legal requests. Where a legal basis is required, this is based on contract performance, consent for optional permissions, legitimate interests, and legal obligations.
Information is shared only as needed with Apple (distribution, payments and subscriptions), RevenueCat (anonymous subscription management and entitlement validation), and OnePOS (the authentication and shop-management requests you initiate). Each is an independent service with its own terms and privacy practices. We may also disclose information to professional advisers, regulators, courts, or authorities where required by law, or to a successor in a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards.
We do not sell personal information, use cross-context behavioural advertising, or request App Tracking Transparency permission. Shop configuration remains on the device until you remove the shop or delete the App. Cached information may remain until iOS purges it or the App is deleted. Apple, RevenueCat, OnePOS, and support providers retain records under their own policies and legal obligations.
Security and your choices
The App uses HTTPS for permitted OnePOS connections, ephemeral network sessions, iOS Keychain storage for passwords, and iOS file protection for management-order drafts. No security measure is perfect. You are responsible for securing your device, Apple Account, OnePOS credentials, and customer information.
You can deny camera permission in iOS Settings, remove a saved shop, delete local App data by deleting the App, hide customer names in sales display, manage subscriptions through Apple or Customer Center, and contact us to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability where applicable law grants those rights. Requests concerning Apple, RevenueCat, or OnePOS records may need to be sent directly to that provider. International processing may occur where these providers operate; lawful transfer mechanisms are used where required.
The App is a business-management tool and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. We may revise this App Policy for changes in the App, law, or providers, and will update its effective date.
