English — Plavia EULA and Terms of Use
1. Applicable licence
Plavia is provided by appricolt and licensed under the Apple Standard End User License Agreement. That agreement governs the app licence and its legal provisions. This page explains Plavia features and optional purchases; it does not replace the Standard EULA or limit mandatory consumer rights.
2. Travel planning and your content
Plavia helps organize itineraries, reservations, budgets, shared expenses, packing lists and travel documents. You retain your rights to content you import or enter. Only add or share content you are entitled to use, and obtain appropriate permission before including another person’s information. Sharing a trip can disclose itinerary, reservation and expense details to invited travelers. Choose file sharing carefully and keep sensitive documents protected.
Check imported text, dates, time zones, confirmation numbers, baggage allowances, calculations and travel information against original documents and official providers. Weather, exchange rates, directories, transit information and cached data may be incomplete or outdated. Plavia does not make travel bookings, issue valid travel documents, execute payments or settle debts between travelers. It is not a substitute for official travel requirements, professional financial advice, emergency services or confirmation from airlines and other providers.
3. Free use and Plavia Plus
The standard free allowance is two stored trips. An active Plavia Plus monthly or annual subscription removes the trip-creation limit. Both subscription periods provide the same Plus access. If Plus expires, existing trips are not automatically deleted; creating additional trips depends on your available allowance. Deleting a stored trip frees allowance where the applicable limit permits. Eligibility, available features, billing period and price are shown in the app and Apple’s purchase confirmation before purchase.
Where offered, an additional-trip purchase increases the locally recorded trip allowance and is a one-time purchase rather than a subscription. The offer shown in the app controls what is available. Extra-trip allowance is recorded locally; do not assume Apple’s Restore Purchases can recover consumed one-time purchases after reinstalling or changing devices. Contact support if you need help with a purchase record.
4. Subscription payment and renewal
Apple handles payment through your Apple Account. Plus renews automatically unless cancelled before renewal. The purchase confirmation shows the period, price and renewal conditions. Any trial or introductory offer, including its eligibility and subsequent price, is shown before purchase; this page promises no particular price or trial.
5. Cancel, restore and refund
Manage or cancel through Settings > your name > Subscriptions, or the in-app Manage Subscriptions link. Follow Apple’s cancellation instructions; cancel a trial at least 24 hours before it ends to avoid renewal. Deleting Plavia does not cancel your subscription. Cancelling generally stops future renewal, with access determined by your remaining entitlement and Apple’s terms.
Use Restore Purchases with the purchasing Apple Account to restore eligible subscription access. Apple handles refund requests under its policies and applicable law through Report a Problem. The developer cannot manage Apple Account billing or guarantee refund approval.
6. Offline data, backups and third-party services
Local planning features can work offline. Live information, purchases, iCloud sync and collaboration require compatible services and a connection. Their availability depends on Apple and other providers. Keep appropriate backups before deleting data or changing devices. Complete archives can include sensitive Vault documents and are exported without additional app encryption; protect exported files and any copies you share. Turning off sync or erasing local data does not automatically remove iCloud, calendar, Wallet, backup or recipient copies.
Third-party websites, maps, weather and exchange-rate services, Apple Wallet passes and calendar accounts are subject to their own terms. Relevant data handling is explained in the Plavia App Privacy Policy.
7. Changes and support
Features and compatibility may change with app updates. Purchase and subscription changes remain subject to Apple’s purchase terms, required notices and applicable law. This page will be updated with a revised effective date when relevant information changes. Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer rights.

3. 免費使用及 Plavia Plus
標準免費名額為兩個已儲存旅程。有效 Plavia Plus 月費或年費訂閱解除新增旅程數量限制，兩種付款週期提供相同 Plus 資格。訂閱到期不會自動刪除已有旅程；之後新增旅程受可用名額限制。刪除已儲存旅程可在適用限制下騰出名額。資格、功能、付款週期及價格以購買前 App 及 Apple 確認畫面為準。

4. 订阅支付及续订
支付由 Apple 通过你的 Apple 账户处理。除非在续订前取消，Plus 会自动续订；期间、价格及续订条件以购买确认为准。如有试用或首次优惠，其资格与后续价格会在购买前显示；本页不保证特定价格或试用。
5. 取消、恢复购买及退款
可在“设置 > 你的姓名 > 订阅”或 App“管理订阅”链接管理及取消，并按 Apple 取消指示操作；如不希望试用续订，请至少在试用结束前 24 小时取消。删除 Plavia 不会取消订阅。取消通常停止后续续订，使用资格按剩余有效期间及 Apple 条款决定。
使用原购买 Apple 账户选择“恢复购买”可恢复符合资格的订阅。退款由 Apple 按其政策及适用法律处理，可通过 Report a Problem 申请；开发者不能管理 Apple 账户收费，也不能保证退款获批。
