English — Plavia App Privacy Policy
Plavia is provided by appricolt. This policy explains how the Plavia iOS and iPadOS app handles information. Contact [email protected] for privacy or support questions.
1. Local information and on-device processing
Your trips, destinations and dates, itinerary, reservations and confirmation numbers, traveler names, budgets, expenses and settlements, packing lists, profile display name, preferences, offline travel packs and imported Trip Vault documents are stored on your device by default. Documents may contain personal information such as passport details, tickets or receipts. An app account is not required for local features. Plavia does not send this content to a developer-operated storage or analytics server.
Document scanning, text recognition and parsing imported reservation text run on your device using Apple frameworks. Files are not uploaded to a cloud AI service for recognition. Vault files use iOS complete file protection. Optional Face ID or device-passcode unlocking uses Apple authentication; Plavia does not receive or store your biometric templates.
2. Optional iCloud sync and traveler sharing
iCloud sync is off by default. When you enable it, trip records, including itinerary, reservations, traveler names, budgets, expenses and checklists, are sent to Apple CloudKit in your iCloud account to synchronize devices. CloudKit processes account and technical information needed to provide the service. Apple handles this under its privacy policy.
If you share a trip, invited participants can access the shared trip information according to their permissions. Trip Vault files remain local by default. Only an eligible file assigned to a trip and explicitly enabled for “Share with Travelers” is uploaded to CloudKit with its file metadata and original contents; invited trip participants may then access it. Files marked sensitive and ineligible document categories cannot be shared through this feature. Review trip content and file-sharing choices before inviting others.
You can turn off iCloud sync, change per-file sharing, and use Apple’s trip-sharing controls to manage participants and access. Turning off sync stops subsequent app sync but does not automatically remove data already stored in iCloud or copies participants have saved.
3. Online travel information and external services
Apple Maps services may receive city names, place searches, addresses and destination coordinates to find places, resolve time zones and display maps. Weather requests send destination latitude and longitude to Open-Meteo. Exchange-rate requests send the selected currency codes to Frankfurter; they do not send your expense amounts or payment-card information. These requests do not require access to your device’s live GPS location.
Online providers receive ordinary network information such as IP address and request details and process it under their own service and privacy terms. Requests may occur when an online feature loads. Offline features and previously downloaded material can be used without a connection. Links to airlines, airports, transport apps and other websites open services with their own privacy practices.
4. Optional permissions, calendar and Apple Wallet
Camera access is used when you choose to scan a document. Apple’s photo picker shares only the photos you select, and the file picker imports only chosen files. Notifications are used for local trip, itinerary and reservation reminders. Calendar access lets you add and update selected travel events, which may include locations, notes and confirmation numbers, in your chosen calendar. Calendar events may sync through that calendar account. Calendar contents are not sent to the developer.
When you choose to add a supported pass to Apple Wallet, Plavia hands the selected pass to Apple’s system interface. Wallet and the pass issuer may handle and update that pass under their own terms. You can decline optional permissions and revoke them in device Settings; the related feature may then be unavailable. Calendar events and Wallet passes are managed separately in those apps.
5. Purchases, tracking and advertising
Apple processes in-app purchases and Plavia Plus subscriptions. Plavia uses StoreKit to verify transactions, check active subscription access and restore eligible purchases. Purchase status, extra-trip allowance and processed transaction identifiers may be stored locally. The developer does not receive your payment-card details. Apple may also process App Store diagnostics and device backups according to your Apple settings. Plavia has no advertising, third-party analytics SDK or cross-app tracking and does not sell personal data.
6. Exports and backups
A trips-only backup includes trip records but excludes original Vault attachments. A complete archive includes trip records and original Vault files, which may contain sensitive identity, booking or financial information. Plavia does not add encryption to exported backups or archives. Save them in a trusted protected location and share them only with intended recipients. Exporting a trip brief or sharing a file gives its contents to the destination or person you select. Restored Vault files have traveler sharing disabled by default. System backups may separately include app data according to your device settings.
7. Retention, deletion and your choices
Local content remains until you edit or delete it using the app or applicable device controls. In Privacy settings, you can clear city, weather and exchange-rate caches or erase local trips, expenses, checklists, Vault documents, offline packs and reminders. “Erase all local data” disables app sync and does not automatically delete existing iCloud copies. Deleting an individual synchronized trip or shared file can propagate its deletion when sync succeeds, subject to sharing permissions and synchronization conflicts; deletion markers may be retained for synchronization.
Manage existing cloud records and sharing through the relevant app and Apple/iCloud controls. Deleting or offloading the app does not cancel a subscription. Offloading may preserve local data. Exported files, system backups, participant copies, calendar events and Wallet passes require separate management. Revoking a permission or stopping sharing cannot erase copies already exported or saved by others. For help with data choices or applicable privacy rights, contact us; we do not have a developer-hosted trip account or database to search or erase.
8. Support, children and policy changes
If you contact support, your email address and information you voluntarily provide are used to answer your request and resolve the issue, and retained only as needed for support and applicable obligations. Send only necessary information; remove passport details, payment information, confirmation codes and other people’s data from screenshots or files. Plavia is a general travel-planning app and does not knowingly collect children’s personal information through a developer-operated app service. A parent or guardian may contact us about information sent to support.

3. 網上旅行資訊及外部服務
Apple 地圖服務可能收到城市名稱、地點搜尋、地址及目的地座標，以搜尋地點、辨識時區及顯示地圖。天氣查詢會向 Open-Meteo 傳送目的地經緯度；匯率查詢只向 Frankfurter 傳送所選貨幣代碼，不會傳送支出金額或付款卡資料。這些查詢不需要裝置即時 GPS 位置權限。
網上服務會收到 IP 位址及請求內容等一般網絡資料，並按各自服務及私隱條款處理。網上功能載入時可能發出請求；離線功能及已下載資料可在沒有網絡時使用。航空公司、機場、交通 App 及外部網站連結涉及各服務自己的私隱做法。
4. 可選權限、行事曆及 Apple Wallet
相機權限用於你選擇的文件掃描；Apple 相片選取器只提供你選取的相片，檔案選取器只匯入所選檔案。通知用於本機旅程、行程及預訂提醒。行事曆權限讓你在所選行事曆新增或更新旅行事件，事件可能包括地點、備註及確認編號，並按行事曆帳戶設定同步；行事曆內容不會傳送予開發者。
你選擇將支援的票券加入 Apple Wallet 時，App 會交由 Apple 系統介面處理，Wallet 及發行者可能按各自條款處理及更新票券。你可拒絕可選權限，或在裝置「設定」撤銷；相關功能可能因此不能使用。行事曆事件及 Wallet 票券須在各自 App 另行管理。
5. 購買、追蹤及廣告
App 內購買及 Plavia Plus 訂閱由 Apple 處理。Plavia 使用 StoreKit 驗證交易、確認有效訂閱及恢復合資格購買，並可能在本機保存購買狀態、額外旅程名額及已處理的交易識別碼。開發者不會收到付款卡資料；Apple 按你的設定處理 App Store 診斷及裝置備份。Plavia 沒有廣告、第三方分析 SDK 或跨 App 追蹤，亦不出售個人資料。
6. 匯出及備份
「只備份旅程」包括旅程資料，但不包括 Vault 原始附件；「完整封存」亦包含 Vault 原始文件，可能涉及身份、預訂及財務資料。Plavia 不會為匯出的備份或封存另加加密，請存於可信且受保護的位置，只向預期接收者分享。匯出旅程摘要或分享檔案會將內容交予你所選的服務或人士。恢復後的 Vault 文件預設關閉旅伴分享。系統備份亦可能按裝置設定包含 App 資料。
7. 保留、刪除及資料選擇
本機內容會保留至你透過 App 或裝置功能修改或刪除。在私隱設定可清除城市、天氣及匯率快取，或清除本機旅程、支出、清單、Vault 文件、離線資料包及提醒。「清除所有本機資料」會停用同步，不會自動刪除已存於 iCloud 的副本。刪除個別已同步旅程或共享檔案可在同步成功後傳播刪除，但受分享權限及同步衝突影響；同步所需的刪除標記可能保留。
已有雲端資料及分享須透過相關 App 與 Apple／iCloud 功能管理。刪除或卸載 App 不會取消訂閱；卸載可能保留本機資料。匯出檔案、系統備份、旅伴副本、行事曆事件及 Wallet 票券須另行管理。撤銷權限或停止分享不能清除他人已保存的副本。資料選擇及適用私隱權利查詢可聯絡我們；開發者沒有可供搜尋或刪除的伺服器旅程帳戶或資料庫。
8. 支援、兒童及政策更新
你主動聯絡支援時，電郵地址及所提供資料用於回覆和處理問題，並只在支援及適用義務所需期間保留。請只提供必要資料，並遮蓋截圖或檔案中的護照資料、付款資料、確認編號及他人資料。Plavia 為一般旅行規劃 App，不會透過開發者營運的 App 服務明知而收集兒童個人資料；家長或監護人可就傳送予支援的資料聯絡我們。

1. 本机信息和设备内处理
旅行、目的地与日期、行程、预订与确认编号、同行者姓名、预算、支出与分账、清单、个人显示名称、设置、离线旅行资料包及 Trip Vault 文件，默认保存在设备上。文件可能包括护照、票券与收据等个人信息。本机功能无需注册 App 账户；Plavia 不会把这些内容发送至开发者运营的存储或分析服务器。
文件扫描、文字识别及预订文字分析使用 Apple 框架在设备内完成，不会为识别而上传至云端 AI 服务。Vault 文件使用 iOS 完全文件保护；可选 Face ID 或设备密码解锁通过 Apple 认证，App 不会取得或保存你的生物识别模板。

你选择将支持的票券加入 Apple Wallet 时，App 会交由 Apple 系统界面处理，Wallet 及发行方可能按各自条款处理及更新票券。你可拒绝可选权限，或在设备“设置”撤销；相关功能可能因此不可用。日历事件及 Wallet 票券须在各自 App 单独管理。
5. 购买、跟踪及广告
App 内购买及 Plavia Plus 订阅由 Apple 处理。Plavia 使用 StoreKit 验证交易、确认有效订阅并恢复符合资格的购买，可能在本机保存购买状态、额外旅行名额与已处理的交易标识符。开发者不会收到支付卡信息；Apple 按你的设置处理 App Store 诊断及设备备份。Plavia 没有广告、第三方分析 SDK 或跨 App 跟踪，也不出售个人信息。
6. 导出及备份
